EIG HULL 2024: ONLINE STORE - TRADE STANDS

The trade exhibition at the EIG 2024 Conference will be in the Entrance Foyer and the Arts Cafe which are located immediately outside the adjoining Lecture Theatres. Catering for teas/coffees/lunches will also be split across these areas, allowing exhibitors constant access to delegates during all conference breaks (see this pdf venue layout for more information).

As indicated on the venue layout, there will be 16 trade stands available on a first come - first served basis via the online store below. For a bespoke opportunity located outside the entrance, or any additional queries, please contact our EIG Trade Stands representative, Marcus Dorey (marcus.dorey@heidelbergmaterials.com).

Exhibitors will be provided with a table and two chairs as standard (if required). Display boards can be provided at an additional cost - these are also available to add to your order below. We will try to ensure that power is available to the stand positions but this cannot always be guaranteed. If access to power or other specific items are required please contact Marcus directly after securing your stand via the store below.

Occasionally the stand layouts will be subject to minor change - any such requirement will be managed by Marcus who will contact affected exhibitors to discuss.

Don’t forget, any exhibitor in attendance at the trade exhibition will also need to register as a delegate, either on the full conference package or the specific day delegate tickets. Delegate booking is not live yet - check back here for further details in due course.
